Beautiful earrings. Exactly as advertised.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made choosing Ritani a no brainer, this was the second time I have ordered a ring from here and plan on making all my purchases from them in the future. The ring is beautiful! I had no idea it was an eternity band - the picture shows it's only semi. Either way, very happy with my purchase! I will say, I know Ritani does not provide direct shipping info due to security, but the tracking communication needs to be MUCH clearer. Especially since you have to sign for it. Mine showed up today when the R Tracking Number shows it's scheduled for delivery next Tuesday (today is Wednesday - so 6 days from now).

I had already bought my engagement ring on the website. After getting married my wife eventually lost her engagement ring and after looking for it for months we've decided to re-order it. I was assisted by Sabrina from the customer service who helped me find the ring, upgrade it as needed, find a new diamond, and even gave me a great promo code towards the end. Great service and great rings!

Tianna was so very helpful today. I had several questions and she answered them and for the one question (if I could get the 18” chain switched to a 16” one in platinum.) she wasn’t sure how to answer, she said that she would leave a message for her team and they would get back to me. Besides being knowledgeable about Ritani jewelry, she was kind, upbeat and very personable. She is great at her job and is an asset to Ritani!
