I was apprehensive at first about making a ring purchase like this without being able to see it in person. Everyone at Ritani made the process simple and easy. I really appreciated being able to chat with representatives while my order was being processed - they provided timely updates and were very helpful. The ring I ordered arrived on time and it's exactly what we wanted.
