My fiancee and I are very happy with Ritani (we both got wedding bands and engagement ring) besides excellent service and sales, craftsmanship and quality of products. Purchased the french-set 3ct diamond, receive compliments all the time.

Very attentive staff with online chat/questions. Loved the website and the ring was just as beautiful in person! I would definitely recommend ritani

Ritani worked with me on my custom design earring until I was satisfied. It was also a good price compared to a local jeweler for the same quality stones.

Although we did not end up keeping the ring (due to personal issues) we absolutely loved the customer service provided. Will definitely return when we are ready to purchase our engagement ring. Silvia was the best and I recommend her to anyone looking for help!

Surprisingly I got exactly what I ordered and it only took 4-5 days. Super easy to build whatever you are looking for and you don’t have to deal with salesman. Would recommend 10/10
