RitaniReviews of ritani.com

the best seller without a doubt!

I received excellent customer service from Ritani! We purchased a lab diamond for upgrading my engagement ring and it is stunning! The price is excellent and quality to match. Thank you Ritani!

Very helpful and professional this is just the beginning of the process so far so good

Best of the best! Ritani will make sure all questions and needs are taken care of. The staff is very professional and friendly, and they’re available whenever for whatever. I’m really glad I got so lucky to go to Ritani first because there’s no need to go anywhere else

This is the second time I purchase from Ritani. I came back because the first time my experience was exceptional and this time did not disappoint. The diamond expert worked with me to understand what I was looking for and she stuck with me until I found the right set. I will be back

Love at first sight!

The diamond I picked ended up being sold but they contacted me right away and showed me a comparable diamond. The comparable diamond was more expensive than the original I chose but they honored the original price. Customer service was on point.

Solid service from chat support regarding diamond dimension preferences. Good prices, solid selection and free quick shipping! My only complaint would be not being able to quote payment factors on various financing promotions (so not related to purchase or product) Have shopped her before and will continue to do so in the future!
