During the COVID-19 pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ritani rep kept communicating updates, even sent my ring via FedEx in order to prevent further delays in its delivery to my local jeweler. The ring is gorgeous! I would recommend them highly!

Beautiful, Quality & Great Customer Service
I ordered a wedding band during Covid-19 and Ritani was offering 25% off wedding bands— could not pass up this deal! Eagerly, I jumped to purchase the matching band to my engagement ring even though I knew it could be weeks or months before it would be shipped. It arrived in less than two weeks and I even received a phone call stating the estimated delivery date. Amazing customer service and a beautiful wedding band for (hopefully) our October wedding. Thank you, Ritani!

Exceptional Service and Quality
The staff at Ritani are the best! I have worked with two different consultants on different purchases and each of them were exceptional. The entire process was 1st class. I have recommended Ritani to my friends for exceptional service and value for their diamond purchases.
