The installation went smoothly
The installation went smoothly, and the tech was very courteous and efficient. The 2nd crew came out to bury the line sooner than I'd expected, and also did an excellent job. The internet service itself has been 100% solid.

Although I have had some issues with…
Although I have had some issues with connectivity, my experience with Adam was stellar. He handle my upgrade and did a great job of explaining the new service. He was also able to explain why I had been having problems with my service going down for 15 or 20 minutes sometimes several days a week. That problem has now been corrected.

The speed of the internet
The speed of the internet, the phone support is great the installer and working crews are great. I would advise you guys to work on the support chat and letting your customers know the status of the tickets they have through email.

Customer Service is great
Customer Service is great. Also, the speed that I have one gig is also great. I’ve had no trouble out of Ripple Fiber at all, but I’ve only had it a month.
