Didn't let my bid go through
UPDATE TO REPLY: I already purchased a trailer from RideSafety the prior year and there were no such rules that I had to contact them first for oversize items, and that item was in Florida, hundreds of miles from me. So if you change your policy, you should of advised members with an email. Since there was no kind of issue on my last purchase or bidding, why would I assume anything from a text box on top of the auction box? ______________________________________ I tried to bid on a vehicle that is literally 20 minutes from me so I did not contact them for an oversize vehicle because it didn't concern me and they would not let me bid. So I got screwed out of my auction. They were more than happy to charge a deposit on my card but not let my bid go through. Lots of other services to use than them!

Dear Jodee, We are sorry you missed an item of your choice during the auction. We, here at RideSafely.com have certain rules and requirements to participate at live auctions. Heavy duty items are one of them. We do require the customer to contact us prior to bidding on a heavy item to confirm they are able to pick it up or have arrangements for transporting them as the fees are quite high on these items. We also display those requirements right on the listing. We cannot assume that this didn't concern you as it concerns most of the customers. Again, we apologize that you missed this item! Thank you, Team RideSafely www.ridesafely.com
