As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Help Center, your deposit will be applied toward the auction’s $600 relisting fee for the vehicle. Please do not worry about the late fees; no additional fees will be charged beyond the $600 relisting fee. In this case, the vehicle listing clearly disclosed the lemon law designation, which is an important part of the vehicle’s title history and should be reviewed carefully before bidding. As outlined in the Purchase Order Agreement you signed prior to bidding, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to research, inspect, and investigate the vehicle’s condition, status, and history before making a purchase decision. For your convenience, we have attached the agreement again, and it is always available in your account under My Account > My Documents. Additionally, you also signed the Hidden Damage Bidding Authorization Form, confirming that you reviewed the vehicle history, acknowledged its prior auction activity, and agreed not to cancel the transaction if your bid was successful.
