The company shipping was great. The product is awful. There is no way to get the boots on unless I am missing something. I need to send them back and just invest in custom boots

The vest is amazing, absolutely zero complaints about that. My complaint is once your cartridge activates and you need to reset your trigger, the information is extremely lacking. No where in the instructions booklet or on the vest hanger, does it tell or illustrate the way you reset the capsule that the ball goes in to for the clip. Your YouTube video is extremely helpful, but it would have been very nice to have seen that illustration on something it reset it at the barn. I had to reach out to my representative to find out that there was a video that shows how to do it.

That page also includes the link to register for the warranty for the vest. In that same email is a link to our YouTube channel with additional helpful information. I had an issue with my air vest. I took it to Michelle and she addressed it immediately. They issued me a new one the next day. Love there products and Michelle is awesome!

Good service, however for what they charge, return shipping should be paid for especially when it’s not the customer’s fault the wrong size was ordered.
