Gonex LLCReviews of gonexsport.com

I have had a terrible time with this company. Nothing has been simple with them, their customer service replies with ludicrous proposals and does not listen. Some context: I purchased a large roller duffel from them. Upon receipt, I realized it was too large for my needs and wrote back, asking to exchange for a smaller size. Instead of hearing my request, they proposed money back on the larger bag, offered me a coupon on a future purchase, everything BUT what I requested. Given the hassle and difficulty of this encounter, I just kept the damn bag and decided to try it out on a trip... Only for the primary zipper to fail, leaving my possessions exposed. I wrote them immediately, asking for a refund, only to be rebuffed with another offer for a small token amount of money back. They do not seem to understand that I am unhappy with the product, I have lost faith in it, and the best thing they could do (from a customer service perspective) is accept the return and try and save the relationship with the customer. To summarize: -Atrocious customer service -Subpar product -Zero ownership of the problem

Wonderful product. Received a set of packing cubes as a gift, and have now purchased sets for other friends and family.

I purchased Gonex compression packing cubes directly from their website (because I do everything in my power to avoid ordering from Amazon, which is a horrible company). I ordered well ahead of my planned travel (like over 3 weeks) but unfortunately Canada Post's strike foiled my plans. I contacted Gonex to be sure that they would ship through another carrier. They were responsive and when it became clear that my package was going to be in limbo indefinitely they offered to ship me another set via Amazon to be sure I'd have them before I left. And at no charge (so I will eventually have 2 sets). Wow. Talk about going above and beyond. Despite this strike being outside of their control they communicated with me numerous times and even checked up to ensure delivery had occurred. In my experience, no company has ever gone as far as they have to ensure customer satisfaction. And the packing cubes are high quality; both in terms of the material and even more importantly, the zippers. I have full confidence I'll be able to use these for many travel adventures to come! Thank you so much for your integrity and commitment to customer service. Yay Gonex!

As a plus-size traveler, I've often felt overlooked when it comes to packing cube reviews, which tend to feature smaller clothing sizes. However, I'm thrilled to report that these Gonex Compression Packing Cubes are a game-changer for travelers of all sizes. While I can't provide photos, I can vividly describe my experience. I recently put these cubes to the test, and the results were impressive. In a medium-sized cube, I expertly organized six pairs of shorts. What truly amazed me was the effectiveness of the compression zipper – it effortlessly allowed me to fully zip it up, creating a compact cube. Curiosity led me to try an alternative approach. Without utilizing the compression feature, I managed to fit a whopping eight pairs of shorts. This level of versatility is genuinely remarkable. Beyond their capacity, these packing cubes have simplified my packing and suitcase organization. Currently, I own two sets in different colors and sizes, and they've become indispensable to my travel routine. The zippers are top-notch, gliding smoothly without catching on the fabric. They are undoubtedly a space-saving solution, ensuring my clothes remain neatly organized throughout my journeys. Furthermore, when it's time to unpack, transferring these cubes into a drawer is a breeze. In summary, I recommend the Gonex Compression Packing Cubes to travelers of all sizes. They offer a level of versatility and functionality that is simply unbeatable. Whether you're a plus-size traveler like me or not, these cubes are a fantastic addition to any journey, providing convenience, organization, and peace of mind.

These compression cubes come in a variety of sizes, making them incredibly easy to use. They've been a lifesaver for me when it comes to packing for a two-week trip with lots of clothes. What I love most about them is that they not only help me save space but also make it a breeze to spot my luggage among the sea of bags being loaded and unloaded. The different sizes they offer are fantastic, and I have absolutely no complaints about them. These cubes have truly revolutionized the way I organize my luggage. I use them to separate items for multiple destinations. In addition to their practicality, these compression cubes are also impressively lightweight.

I've always been a chronic overpacker, trying to squeeze as many outfits as possible into my suitcase. But the results were always a disorganized mess of wrinkled clothes. Gonex's packing cubes completely changed my travel experience! These cubes helped me neatly organize my clothes and maximize space like never before. I can fit a week's worth of tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes and more into a single carry-on. The cubes compress down to create room while preventing new wrinkles. Taking them out at my destination, my clothes looked freshly ironed and were easy to find in their designated cubes. No more digging around bags! They allowed me to stay organized and pack so much more. My husband doubted they would help but was amazed at how much he could fit using the Gonex cubes in his suitcase. We're never traveling without them again! I recommend Gonex packing cubes to anyone who overpacks and wants an easy way to organize and fit more in smaller luggage. They are a total game changer.
