True the vest did not inflate upon impact. Rare but it is a mechanical vest. There was a manufacturers defect in the seam. It had inflated before when I accidentally jumped off. The vest has been fixed with a new tube, and tested. The rep was outstanding. Will reimburse my cost for shipping the vest (and now the company is changing the policy to automatically send a label, up front, if there is an issue with a vest.) The quality control on the vest and testing was explained in detail. I feel much more confident in wearing the vest. Also sending 2 replacement canisters. Thank you!

The vest was great I suggest you get a short size. Anything bigger would make riding difficult unless your tall im 5ft 4inc. The only down size was the wait time to get it. It took 5 weeks to get it. It is worth the wait! It's got good air flow and comfortable.. easy to get off the horse. Ive tried others ans I got caught up on the stirrups.

I was fit for this vest at the Maryland 5star and the interaction was fabulous- courteous and knowledgeable. I recently received the vest and it would be useful to have more help with fitting etc- a zoom call etc to make sure it is correct and that I am getting maximum benefit. I don’t have support here.

Box arrived very damaged and it was a gift. I think the stirrups are just too heavy for the quality of the box?

A delay in receiving my order was likely due to the company waiting for a shipment of the navy vest that I ordered. Contacts by email were timely and informative. I’m very happy with this product.

Equi safe did answer my questions very politely. Everything was great. Only minor complaint I would have is it took a week to ship out my vest. When I reached out they said it was due to them bringing it to the Defender 3 event and didn't have any in stock. While I totally understand that and was okay with the week delay I wish they had been more upfront with communication to let me know why. But that is a minor thing. Shipping was fast and efficient and I like my vest.

Great customer service! It took a while to receive our order. Although we didn’t receive an initial ETA, my follow up inquiries were answered promptly.
