Simply put, Jack Davey and RGK Wheelchairs are exceptional! The superior lightweight build quality of the elite chair is excellent, it is a joy to use. Jack Davey is an exceptional wheelchair basketball player and brings his complete knowledge of the game to the measurement process, customisation,delivery, of a new wheelchair.

My son’s basketball Chair was measured by Jack Davey, and was a good fit from the get go. Jack and the team where great at relaying information and we have now gone a ordered a RGK day chair because of this and of course measured by By the true gentleman that is Jack Davey

RGK have been pretty awesome, I scheduled an appointment to try out some different chairs and Jack was so helpful! He asked loads of questions to gage what I needed/wanted out of the chair, with giving his professional opinion on what frame type would best suit me as a bigger person but also my health condition and my budget. Jack is super down to earth and made the whole experience amazing, he's been on hand to answer any questions from ordering to now after having my chair delivered. Delivery was super straightforward, he showed me exactly how to take things off and on my chair, but also has shown me how to use the chair in terms on wheelies etc, which have become super useful! The chair itself is awesome. It compacts really well to fit behind the drivers seat, and has my personality in it through rainbow spokes. I couldn't have asked for a better person than Jack to pop my wheelchair cherry 😂

Jack Davey measured me for my elite sports chair. He gave me advice and suggestions so I would be comfortable and able to play wheelchair basketball to my best ability. Jack was friendly, and honest. My chair was a fantastic fit and looks amazing. It was delivered in good time and it was exactly what I wanted. RGK have a record of my measurements, wheel size etc in case I need replacements.

Bought a wheelchair from rgk and within a year the scissor brakes broke. They replaced it once but then again a few months later the same issue happened. As it had not been over a year , they refused to fix it. Though I only needed a bolt, they said they could not provide this and I had to order a whole new set of brakes. I bought a new brake as I had no option and they sent it to the wrong address twice.... Complete incompetence... Once I finally got it, I fitted it and within 2 days , brakes were broken again... Now I have been trying for days to get a replacement and still not received anything even though they said I would get it 4 days ago... Appalling customer service. March 2025 update. Rgk got in touch and resolved the issue . They sent the brakes by recorded delivery and gave me a complimentary brake. Wish the service was better from the outset but at least they reached out to resolve. My advice is, do not buy the scissor brakes when you get a new wheelchair . There are much better options elsewhere. The standard one is known to break easily due to an issue with the springs within the brakes.

Ella has been absolutely amazing with helping sort out both of my wheelchairs, a day chair and a rugby union chair. She was very quick and communicated everything as soon as she could getting both of my chairs measured within a couple of weeks

Ella was fantastic in advising me when I wanted to purchase a new cushion for my chair. Harry sent over the quote and he was also fab and really helpful. The whole process from initial enquiry to ordering and paying the invoice over the phone was super simple. Big thanks to Ella and Harry for all their help!
