Unfortunately my experience with this company has been very negative- I have been given a product that is not fit for purpose- and my situation has led to a training need being addressed. I don’t feel as a former occupational therapist that my product was well prescribed and I have spent a lot of time and money. I continue to address ongoing problems directly with a different provider as I have no faith in this company and would never deal with them again.

RGK wheelchairs has the worst customer service possible. I rarely write reviews but they are very consistent in very poor customer service. The wheelchair are very expensive and overpriced. Nevertheless the wheelchairs are good which you would expect at £10000 it cost me. Under no circumstances buy items that are not RGK. For, example, I had the misfortune of buying a Tri-ride from them. Very slow delivery. When it had a problem a couple of years ago after buying it, It took them several months to collect with multiple times that I had to wait for the courier that did not turn up. They then spend many months before they repaired it. When it arrived and was not working they tried to blame the battery for not working and are currently trying to get me to buy a new battery. The battery is working and fully charged. Avoid if you can.

Harry was very helpful with his customer service and helped find me the relevant information for my chair.

Every interaction with them is terrible. They measured my wheelchair wrong, they sent me the wrong items, they got my address wrong...

Rgk wheelchairs gets a 10/10 from me they go above and beyond. And the service I received from Charley was amazing a really nice person and very helpful and she found me a great wheelchair to thanks very much 👌👍 D Davies happy days 🦽

Their driver reversed into my car on the day I am due to part ex it. The driver drove off without stopping even though I could see him looking at me trying to flag him down. Luckily I had it on CCTV and reported it to the company. Their response was to ask me to get quotes for the repairs and ask for MY insurance details. Just be wary of the not so honest van driver when he’s down your street!!

Super helpful Adviser and really well made Chairs. My son is so happy with his Elite basketball chair. Jack was so knowledgeable and helpful which got my son exactly what he wanted and needed. 5 🌟

I have spent the best part of the last decade battling various health issues and the process of taking the plunge of getting a wheelchair wasn't a decision I took lightly. I did some research and found RGK. From my first consultation just before Christmas with Alan to delivery the process has been seamless. More than just the chair itself, which is amazing, it was the willingness to offer advice in terms of using the chair itself, skills, tips I would need to get the best out of it. Alan answered every question I had, without making me feel silly, and allowed me to repeatedly get to grips with the front wheel attachment until I had it just right. I know this is going to change my life in so many ways. I couldn't be more grateful to everyone at RGK. Huge thanks. Zoe
