Bought a bespoke electric wheelchair 6 years ago, product is great, but yet again chasing products and parts ordered , and promises of call backs that don't usually happen. Over the years the customer service quality has gone down. currently waiting almost 3 months for a joystick i ordered though promised 60 days, dropped a mail and got a reply saying it could take upto 2 weeks to respond to a mail. Asked for an update 4 weeks ago and not had a response so called in and spoke to an agent who did promise and call back within 1 hour and actually got one, but still can't give me an eta. Its a shame really as product great and when you speak with staff on the phone they are very polite and caring, but if you judge a company on the ability and quality of aftercare service RGK needs to improve to make me consider ordering my sons next chair from them.
