I couldn’t be happier with my chair and the service I have received. Lee, my rep (north east) came to visit, took measurements and advised me on which chair and additional parts etc would be best for me and assisted me through the entire process. As he is also a full time wheelchair user I felt at ease and that I could fully trust all of his advice and experience. He had a lot of knowledge when it came to wheelchairs and RGK- he was also very approachable and friendly. Since getting my custom chair, my life has been so much easier and it makes a real difference to have a chair that is fit to you. After using the chair for a little while, I wanted an anti-tip bar adding. I contacted Lee and within a week, a loan chair was delivered to my front door and my chair was sent off to have the part fitted. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received and would like to thank Lee (and politely ask that he never moves out of area 🤣) and the people behind the scenes at RGK.

I purchased an RGK Elite for use in wheelchair rugby league. Lee came up to Scotland to get me measured for the chair and discuss the different options. Was all very straightforward and I was kept in the loop as to when I would get my chair and was able to have it delivered at a time suitable for me. I did have an issue with my inner tubes puncturing after I got my chair but RGK replaced the inner tubes for me at no extra cost and were very helpful. The chair gets well used playing wheelchair rugby league and then also for use in para laser run and despite the paintwork not looking great now the chair functions like it is brand new. Very happy with it and the service from Lee aswell as support since then from others in RGK too.

Great from start to finish. Lee took all the measurements for our son’s sports wheelchair. Once delivered it was easy to put together and adjust. Lee also made further adjustments about a year after we received the wheelchair. Very helpful and friendly.

Both boys got measured up for there basketball sports chairs by Lee who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The boys are both really pleased with their chairs and felt it made a big difference playing in a chair that was measured for them.

Lee has been so helpful throughout the whole procedure of getting sports wheelchairs for my daughters with great aftercare and help in getting spare parts when needed. Easy company to deal with. Thank you!

I purchased a brand new rgk elite wheelchair in November 2023. After getting sized up by Matt Byrne he was present throughout the whole building period of my chair keeping me up to date with the process. Since receiving my wheelchair I have been selected for the England nps squad taking my wheelchair rugby performance to a whole new level. The chair is fantastic and well worth every penny.

Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the requirements of a wheelchair user having had a bad experience with another company it was like a breath of fresh air. I would recall RGK Lee if you are interested in purchasing a good quality chair

Was a great and simple experience getting measured up for my new chair at the time when doing so. Lee Fawcett was great help with getting everything sorted with it and even suggested a few things along the way when measuring me up. My chair is great and just what I wanted and needed.
