I love my Face genie wand. It’s such a cool device. I love how easy it is to use daily. It definitely feels warm soothing on my skin first thing in the morning and especially after a long overstimulating day. It also works to help do a bit of a lymphatic draining on your face while your gliding it across your skin regularly.

I have used the face genie for about 5-6 months now and I have noticed my skin looking so much better. Less redness, fewer fine lines, age spots are less noticeable. I also use this 4-5x a week. Great product & I’ve recommend this to my social platform many times

Ordered jan 1st. A week later didnt receive it or get a call back or email. Went on their instagram and noticed many others didnt get theirs too. Filed a dispute to my bank and got my money back. Anything with zero customer service is a big red flag.

I received the product after waiting for a month. The product works great, although support could use improvement.

If I could give this -400 stars, i would. purchased on 12/22/25. it is now 1/9/26 and still no product. customer service stopped responding when i asked them to cancel my order days ago. i've filed a dispute with my CC company and reported scam/fraud to BBB. DO NOT GIVE THESE EFFERS YOUR MONEY.

The lag is crazy. Ordered Sep 2025. Still waiting for them to ship. No communication between the company. Happy I didn’t hold my breath.
