I wish I could give it a 0. Worst customer service ever. Ordered in December 17, messaged on the 19th when I had not received any information on my order. They did not respond until the 27th saying they could not find my order. Once I sent a picture of my purchase and the original number they gave me they said they had received it and I would receive and email with my tracking number. It is now January 11th and I still have not gotten a response or any order. 3.5 weeks almost, and I can barely get in touch with them, wasted money, and have no clue if I will be able to get the money back or even get my order.

I am using it for 3 months and definitely this product is the best. highly recommended

Little confused with the poor reviews as I received my product quickly and I love using it nightly before bed! Mainly use the red light but the collagen jelly/cream it comes with is also so good, even using itself! Definitely a great product that helps me combat anti-aging.

I ordered it from Amazon and received it the next day. I’ve been using it for weeks now and didn’t even have to charge it yet. I love that it has three different light therapies and you can choose to switch it up when you want to. Nice and modern design, and in general the quality feels great!

ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH and my product still hasn’t even SHIPPED OUT. This is ridiculous, especially for a medical product such as this one. I have emailed them numerous times and the response hasn’t changed at all. This is ridiculous.

I always had a great experience with this Revo. I have 3 products them and love them all. Customer Service is always top tier as well. I recommend them.
