I ordered a treadmill from them in August and it stopped working a few weeks ago. I've made various attempts to contact them, and have heard nothing from them. Reading other reviews, this seems like a pattern for this company. I would strongly suggest not buying anything from Revomadic

Placed an order Dec 16th. Still had not shipped by Dec 24th so I sent an email. I got a response that they are back ordered and would ship in another 3-5 business days. Contacted them again on 1/5 inquiring about shipping time since my order never shipped like they stated with no response. Another email sent on 1/10 with no response. I called the number only to get a voicemail for a callback. Disputed the charge with my CC company.

I've been using the Face Genie for a few months now, and have noticed a big difference in the puffiness under my eyes and my skin feels healthier. The Genie is easy to use, and I like how I can switch between the different LEDs to help with wrinkles, breakouts, and uneven skin tone. Definitely recommend getting one to incorporate into your skin care routine!

I like that it offers different light settings so you can choose based on what your skin needs that day. After several days of consistent use, my skin feels more supported, calmer, and more even overall. It doesn’t feel aggressive or extreme. I’ve genuinely enjoyed using it and plan to keep it as part of my routine.

THIS ISTHE WORST COMPANY TO PURCHASE FROM. Purchased on 12/21/25. Today is 1/12/26 and after about 8 emails of complaining the emailed me a 5% refund to my account for my troubles! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW INSULTING! I am seriously considering reporting them to the BBB! THEY ARE SUCH A SCAM!
