Never received order. I've reached out and told them. No response! It's been almost a month since I ordered. Completely unacceptable! Do not order from this company. I suggest finding the same item on Amazon from different company, cheaper & receive it next day with free shipping!

I have been waiting nearly two months for this item and I have yet to receive it. Obviously people who are ordering this are, as I am, in pain so the extremely long, wait time, is just ridiculous. I also emailed to inquire about why the wait time is so long and they didn't even bother to respond. I feel as though I have been scammed.

I received an email on May 9 stating my order was in transit. It is May 22 and I haven't received it. Also, when I try to access the Revoget website, it says 'this site can't be reached. The connection was reset." I got this error using Firefox and with Google Chrome. I attempted to track my order using the tracking number and clicked the link and no page loaded. So what is up? I will say, if I don't have my order delivered by 3pm CDT May 23, I am cancelling payment with my bank, or if already debited, I will pursue fraud complaint process and get my money back. This is completely ridiculous. I will NEVER ever order anything I see on F--KBook again.

I am really disappointed, took 2 weeks to arrive and is so squashed it takes up half the cover, and is hard in places, I hoped after a day or two it would spring into shape but no.

The pillow is not for me, it gave me neck issues after using and was hot. After letting me know i can return that stated i would have pay for return fees which coats more than pillow. Disgusting!
