Awesome product. Manuel in sales is very knowledgable and helpful...Great guy! The only reason that I will not give 5 stars is because the products are lacking in specs and technical data. Try to find the size of a product or an up to date manual. Revo cameras really are a terrific product and now that I have ordered most of the different cameras I now have a feel for which products fit what applications. On the plus side they have allowed me to return products with no hassle.

I am an individual businessman that has been installing and using Revo products for over five years. Recently I installed the Revo Ultra 16 ch NVR and several 4MP cameras for a client. Less than a week later a burgulary occured. The clarity of the images captured was great even at night. My client shared video with law enforcement and within a couple of days the thieves were apprehended and property recovered.

Very slow order shipping! I'm reviewing my purchase here but have NOT received my order. Your shipping needs review... This has always been a problem. Also, a signature is needed for delivery! Difficult. Get orders from all the world, but anything from revo is always a pain! Looking to purchase revo cameras from anywhere else!

The live phone support is awesome. Walked me through correcting a problem . I recommend REVO with its easy set-up . I can easily watch the business from my cell phone when I have to be away. Tom Belleville
