Wireless cameras I had gotten were just not what I expected from Revo America. Much weaker than listed??

WONDERFUL!!! I had an amazing customer service experience with Manny! He was wonderful. Not only did he help walk me through setting up our camera system step by step, he also helped me with the mobile app. He also made sure everything was working properly for me, and even double checked before we ended our phone call. He was very kind to me and patient, and very pleasant to talk to and also VERY, VERY knowledgeable. I LOVE my new Camera system and the fact that someone actually helped me and went out of his way to do so really means a lot to me.... we were on the phone for 45+ minutes. He answered the phone immediately, I had ZERO wait time, and he had me up and running in no time.... I am going to buy this system for my home as well (this one was for my business) not only because it is an excellent system, but the customer service is wonderful. I can't say enough about Manny and how kind he was to me and how pleased I am with my new security system. UPDATE!! I called back to get more technical support and spoke with Marcus..HE WAS ALSO AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about this company, their wonderful product and their employees.. ALOT of other companies could learn how to treat their customers from this company. Courteous, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable people. GREAT COMPANY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ease of installation, and great quality video. Had the older system and just upgraded to the Ultra series and added more cameras. Awesome Thanks!
