I bought the wireless system late last year and it was working fine. Now I am unable to get alerts to come to my IPhone when something triggers the cameras. Called and spoke with a rep who said that they have been trying to come up with a fix for the problem and to wait for an app update which should be coming soon. Still waiting. So the system is basically useless because I have no way of knowing if someone is near the cameras.

I will say REVO is a good product and their customer service is best always, I have been a customer for 7-8 years , their 4K system is great wired also because if you have no wifi , it will stilll record ur sensitive data

Great price, easy install, flawless performance. Only hiccup was the internet connection, but customer service solved that painlessly as promised. Have previously installed four at business's and finally one at my home.... Git you one!
