For over twenty-years after braces, it's awesome to replace my retainers, through the mail, without haggling with a dental office for this essential service that usually charges triple costs. Ordering my retainers this way has been the most seemless, professional, reasonably inexpensive experience and the retainers fit like a glove. Thank you for providing this service!

This is the first time using Retainers Direct and I am giving them five stars! Not only are they affordable due to the fact my daughter won’t quit loosing hers, but they came in a timely manner. The customer service that they gave me due to my package being damage was exceptional. It is nice to see a company going above and beyond for their customers. We appreciate y’all !

Very easy to use website!

Really quick service. I didn’t have the greatest luck with the impression bases- I could have used an in between size, so the final product reflected the not so great impressions

Thank you Donna for your honest review. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy or we can try again with new impressions. I have several different sizes of trays if that is what we need to get a better impression. Email me at [email protected] so we can make this right.

The process was very simple and quick, and the retainers work perfectly for me. I have no complaints; this was a very good experience!

This was easy and seamless. My new retainers fit perfectly. Customer service (which I contacted to make sure my impressions were usable) was fast and friendly. I love these guys. Will use them when I need new retainers going forward. :-)

I didn’t know the retainers would be thin, so mines cracked in the first week of me having them. Otherwise the shape fit nicely, I made mistakes on my trays and they still came out prefect!!

Thank you Kay for your review. I use a .035 polypropylene plastic that is standard in the industry. If your retainer tore that quickly it most likely had a flaw in the plastic. Please email meat [email protected] and we can make you a replacement at no charge using the .040 (thicker ) plastic.

This is a great option for people looking for a new and affordable retainer. My dentist was going to charge around $500 to do a bulk order of retainers for me. Their office didn't offer a single retainer option which was frustrating, so I found Retainers Direct. It was very convenient and the turn around was super fast. I was really impressed with the communication with Retainers Direct as well. They were quick to ship everything, they sent me a notification when they received my impression, and then they shipped a retainer back to me shortly after. My critiques are that it's kind of hard to make the impression without any mistakes. I'd definitely order an extra putty. I sent them multiple impressions to choose from but even then they said there was some distortion with my impressions along the gum line and various tooth surfaces. They did their best to accommodate and the retainer they sent me seems to fit well. At first it felt really snug, but that feeling quickly went away. They mentioned that it loosens up quite a bit during the first week of use. Another critique I have about the retainer is that it doesn't feel as durable as my old one. The plastic is less thick and feels like it could snap apart much easier. That just means I have to be more delicate with it though, no problem. I still think it seems like it's good quality and it's DEFINITELY worth the price! One last thing, they also provide you with a nice retainer case to keep it in. I am very impressed with Retainers Direct. Thank you!
