So far so good… very fast and no problems ..

My dental clinic ultimately ended up giving me retainers but all the way up until I had to cancel, Retainers Direct was professional and easy to use! The kit is similar to the one Smile Direct or a similar company gives you with putty and instructions on how to get good impressions. Then you just pop it in the mail and you're done! They were very nice about assisting me and ultimately canceling my order but great experience overall.

I put my order in on 6/14 and I have yet to see my retainers. I was told I needed a second mold of uppers, however, they will only give me a return label if I pay for it. I will keep you posted when and if I receive one of my retainers. Pam
