I emailed photos to RetainersDirect to take a look at my impression and received an almost-immediate response. The retainer was received quickly and the fit was perfect. I received a handwritten note with my retainer. Excellent experience and will use them again if needed.

The whole process was easy and my retainers fit perfectly! Very comfortable. Had my retainers in under a week from the time I sent off the trays.

I have had braces twice and 2 retainers. When my retainer broke in half I went searching for a way to get a new one made fast. I came across retainers direct and thought I would give them a try since my orthodontist was no longer in business. The kit came fast and the impression process was easy. When I got my retainers they honestly fit a felt better than the other 2 I had gotten in the past after getting my braces off. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will use them again if anything happens to this new retainer. I have also considering going ahead and ordering another retainer to keep just in case.

Excellent service provided to me, didn’t take long for me to receive my Retainers. Very respectful and helpful service provided over the phone when I called. I would suggest to anyone looking for Retainers to first go to RetainersDirect.

My dog ate my retainers on a Thursday… I ordered this kit since I knew it’s impossible to find an orthodontist on such short notice. The kit shipped same day and I received it that Saturday. I sent the kit in on Monday the next week, and received my new retainers the following Monday! Such short turnaround time is amazing and they fit like they should! The guys even mentioned that if anything was wrong I should contact them, but this service is so helpful and I got to do it all without leaving for an appointment and paying for an office visit on top of the price of the retainers. I loved the quality and the affordability is an amazing plus! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs new retainers!

This is our 2nd time using retainers direct. They are fast and do a fantastic job. We will continue to use this company as needed. Their prices are amazing. They have saved us hundreds of dollars.

Wish you had more information regarding the retainers, and explanation for how one has to do the steps

Thanks Bob for your honest review. I launched a new website this year and the process was not ideal. I do not like much about the site and agree we need more detail. I am working with a fantastic company now to rebuild the website from scratch to make it more user friendly and functional. We are a growing company in a niche market that I created. We are learning as we grow and always trying to improve the process and our products. Darren
