Phenomenal experience in all regards, easy process, prompt turn around on picture verification, and a FANTASTIC fit on the retainer received! Hope not to lose another but will certainly be back if/when I need a new retainer, and highly recommend!

Very poor quality product - the process is easy enough - they send you a kit to make impressions of your teeth with clear instructions. You send it back, and within a couple of weeks new retainers arrive in your mailbox. All that went smoothly. I am disappointed in the retainers. They are very thin and very flimsy. They are thinner than my alighners were, and that is the opposite - retainers are supposed to be thicker and more durable because you're supposed to wear them for years. These were extremely cheap and flimsy. They also arrived filthy, coated in some cloudy substance - obviously I cleaned them before wearing them anyway, but that was not nice. Finally, there was a hand-written note in my box that says "There was distortion in your impressions, particiularily your upper front teeth - so we altared your retainers- let us know if they fit." This was so weird, because impressions are impressions - there is distortion because I have veneers on those teeth, and that they chose to go ahead and alter the impressions without asking me what was going on boggles my mind. They don't fit very well in the back, but I have no idea if that's because of what they did.

I ordered my first set about a month ago, took my impressions, and mailed them in. My first set of impressions did NOT fit well on the bottom. Retainers Direct left a handwritten note stating they adjusted them. The good news is that I'm receiving support on creating new ones. I have to pay additional money for putty and shipping ($27), which isn't bad. Glad the staff helps you get it right.

Super easy to use! My dog ate my retainers and Retainers Direct was a fast and affordable option to replace them. Their customer service is fast and helpful, would highly recommend!

They were fast and accurate. I like that they provided extra materials for multiple impression attempts. It took me 3 tries to get a good one. I got my retainer in the mail today and it fits perfectly.
