Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

Very convenient and excellent customer service!

Easy order process hopefully it comes right away.

The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Delivery was quick.

The retainers I received fit perfect and the quality of material is really good! The turn around from ordering the impressions to getting the finished product also only took a few weeks.

After my first retainer was lost in the mail I contacted them and another retainer was sent. Great product !

Honestly at first I was excited to save money but doing the molds is very challenging. I took a picture of my retainer they said it looked good but needed to be approved once it arrived to them. They said the base thing was not well mixed. So I had to redo it. When the person sent me the message to re do it they didn’t even get my name right and called me a different name. They told me to buy additional putty if I didn’t have any and I had one left so decided to use wisely. Messed it up and now I’m done with this :( ! Buy at your own risk

Very responsive.

Retainers Direct offers a fast and effective solution to replacement retainers. The perfect impression kit is easy to use and feedback given prior to mailing the impressions back is very helpful. The retainers are high quality and very affordable, and I would highly recommend them!
