There was no mention of how quickly the putty would harden. It hardened by the time I mixed the 2 different putties completely. Two tries and I still had to buy more putty. Not happy about that.

I am sorry the putty hardened up on you before you were ready. Both the video and written instructions say you have 45 seconds to mix the putty and place it in the tray. We offer a moneyback gaurantee. Please email us at smile@retainersdirect and we will do our best to make this right
