The retainers fit perfect and are very heavy duty. Excellent speed of receiving after the impressions.

I don’t do reviews of things very often... RetainersDirect is a family shop and are legit. I had an issue with my first order but they fixed it and were super responsive. All you can really ask for! My retainer came out super well and was easy to do the process. Definitely suggest these guys, Darren and his wife will take great care of you.

This service was wonderful. My first impressions were not good, so the resulting retainer did not fit correctly. I only needed to purchase new putty and they re-made my retainer, which is now a perfect fit! I highly recommend them!

No one ever answers the phone or returns messages for days! Had to end up returning the product because I could not get anybody for 2-3 weeks to help me with my issue. Very poor communication, so I didn’t trust them.I don’t recommend using them. Go to your dentist, more money, but better service and product

I sincerely apologize for your negative experience. I am a practicing orthodontist in New Mexico and sometimes are not as prompt at answering phone calls. I do answer emails daily and apologize that i failed in making contact with you in a timely manner. I would love to have a chance to prove we are a legitimate alternative to visiting your orthodontist but understand if you have moved on. I appreciate your review and will work harder to be better at communication in the future. Darren Haltom
