Good communication that the bottom retainer needed a new impression and the upper retainer would be shipped back with the tray to take the new impression.Hopefully the bottom retainer will not take too long to come back as shipping process has also been smooth.

The retainer was very snug when it first arrived but seems to be settling in now. Shipping was super fast both ways and the instructions for taking the impression were very clear. I think it's worth it for the price and convenience of not having to go to the orthodontists office.
