My orthodontist wanted to charge me $300 extra for a set of Essix retainers, and since I already purchased a $300 retainer from them, decided to look for a cheaper option that was still of the same quality. Thank you so much to the staff at RetainersDirect for getting my retainers out so quickly! I was scared of doing the mold on my own at first, and even though one of my molds was a bit distorted, they did their best and gave me retainers that fit me well! My only "complaint" would be that I can't bite down all the way, but I've been reading up online and people are saying it's normal to not be able to bite down all the way because it's two pieces of plastic. I have a Hawley retainer for at-home use, and my new plastic retainers from RetainersDirect will be my "going out" retainers! The staff is super nice and they do their best to get everything back to you quickly! I was super skeptical after reading so many good reviews, but now I know for a fact that they were legit.

I'll admit, I was skeptical about ordering online retainers. But the process was pretty seamless. Did the mold and sent them off. A few days later, they came back and fit perfectly.

A quality retainer - better than what I received from my dentist for less $. Nice little extras like a sturdy holding case and nice packaging. I would definitely order from this company again!

The back left of the retainer doesn’t fit

I got the molds really fast and forgot to ship them back for a couple of months. When I found time to they sent my retainer right away and left a nice note. Great service.

The kit with the molds came quickly after ordering. Instructions and video were clear and easy to follow. Process was simple and straightforward! Once I mailed back my molds I received confirmation of them being received and the retainer was sent back to me within a few days! So quick! The retainer was good quality and works perfectly! Thank you so much in helping me to preserve all my expensive orthodontic work that had started to shift after loosing my upper retainer!!!!
