The majority of the resume was written by AI, although they ensured that a real person would be writing the resume. It was pronounced when I first reviewed the resume with all the AI embellishing words. I spoke to Ryan at the company, and he swore I was wrong and AI was not used. So then I put it in a program I use for work, and 1/2 of the resume was AI-generated. Do not use this site if you want a real person with real words to write your resume. Any employer would catch this immediately. I could have put it in AI myself if that was what I was looking for.

I'm really not an individual who utilizes superlatives when offering a rating for an organization or individual. I believe these organizations and/or individuals present their own superlatives through their performance. With this being the case, I feel very delighted to set aside my "usual" considerations and offer ResumeWritersGroup the highest accolades I have to present in support of their incredibly stellar work with me. Not only was Ryan so patiently willing to offer continuous service responses to my concerns about a resume and cover letter, but he seemed to joyfully do so within an incredibly professional manner so that I felt as if I was connecting with a close friend. And then .... I can only offer additional superlatives for Amy B. -- the individual who put together my new resume and cover letter from the older templates I have previously utilized but felt were too outdated to reuse. So, in short .... I can only attest to my experience with ResumeWritersGroup -- which has been so rewarding. I now feel I have the ability to offer my resume to any employer ... and am certain they will appreciate the professionalism of the offered cover letter and resume. In addition, I really believe that the expense I assumed in utilizing the services of ResumeWritersGroup has been very fair, indeed, based on the rapid turn-around of my order from date of submission to the date that I received the completed work. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They do not treat you like a paying client and work with you. They are generic and have horrible customer service. You need to stay on top of them EDIT: I didn’t know they didn’t receive the resume because no one contacted me. I write full details and attached a resume and cover letter so clearly their website is unreliable. And their customer service is horrible considering no one followed up after days of me patiently waiting. I also asked several questions before paying for the service and not once was informed all communications would be done via their website. They are not a company that works directly with the client. When my concerns were raised, I was told I need to be accountable for not checking their website because they sent me a “live chat.” Anyone who has ever worked with clients, knows to take ownership for THEIR part and the confusion THEY caused and then promise to deliver as oppose to assigning blame. This is not a company that works closely or directly with their clients. And prior to me paying for the services, Ryan was emailing me and calling me constantly. After I paid for the service, they put my account on hold and just waited for me to realize and somehow know all communication will be done through the website. They don’t care once they make the sale
