Resume ProfsReviews of resumeprofs.com

I was very impressed with the work Duke Bosemen did in revising my old stale resume. He provided some samples, sought out feedback from me throughout the process and eventually delivered a wonderful finished product. I was also impressed with the cost, these guys were way cheaper than other services online, yet provided a really well written resume. Very good service for the price, I"m quite happy with my decision to use them.

I have never been much satisfied with my resume until I went with these guys. Leon and Ethan made sure that my resume would shine. I was guided through the entire process which is very smooth and the way their writer went ahead and crafted my resume is totally professional. Quite better than TopResume as these people provided one to one consultation to help me understand the points that were lacking in my resume. The best part is they don't only provide a template or a canned resume. Instead, I was sent a draft to read through, match with my experiences and then authenticate. Once I sent my approval in writing, only then did the team at Resume Profs went ahead with the process of finalizing my resume in a design version. Once I got receipt of my resume I knew this was going to be something that gets me my dream job. I have been getting regular job interview offers upon submission, so I have my fingers crossed for something extraordinary to work out for me. Thanks again Leon and Ethan for handling all my queries the way you did. I can guarantee to just about any one who wants to get ATS winning resume writing services that these guys know their business to the bone.

For $170 I got a useless, generic, clunky, uninspiring very templated resume/cover letter that was supposed to give me a chance to really stand out in the web industry among a very competitive field of candidates. Heres what I got instead... 1) Dozens of job posts sent out over a 3 week period and nothing. This is through Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Way Up, Lensa... do I need to keep going? 2) They expect you to know what your resume needs for edits despite the fact you're coming to them for that very same issue! No coaching, recommendations or ways to improve at all. Just fill out a cookie cutter questionnaire, send it back to them and a couple days later they run that info through what clearly appears to be some kind of internal algorithm. Pretty much just a resume production silo. I couldn't even access my account Dashboard! 3) Sent their resume to multiple reviews for good measure on Top Resume and Zip Job, both saying the same thing. Poor ATS system performance, too few keywords, monotonous verbiage that makes a hiring manager want to gloss right over, too large a PDF file size, poorly constructed layout, no call to critical achievements but instead writing a bunch of basic stuff I did for each employer. 4) After trying to edit their PDF file, I found multiple random background graphics, typos, grammatical errors and anomalies that should not have existed in a professionally written resume. I'm not sure what all these other positive reviews are getting and would like to ask each of them, what job and industry were you applying to? What exactly did Resume Profs do to help your resume stand out? How long did it take to get a job? How many job positing did you have to submit? How many revisions did you have to submit back? Instead of going through this service, seriously do your research online first on what ATS software, hiring managers, and your industry is expecting to get, because this company does not know what they're doing. There are alot of good online articles on the basics of making your resume pop that don't require a "professional" resume writing service. Total waste of money I'll never get back which is fantastic, but a very valuable lesson learned at least that shouldn't have cost $170.

You could not ask for better customer service than Resumeprofs --Thank You Sarah! What a huge asset this agent is to your organization. She understood the issues I was seeking to overcome in presenting myself to prospective employers. Fast service too. Ultra professional. I purchased resume with cover letter and LinkedIn. Very Happy!!!

This organization is very easy to work with. They are quick and did an excellent job of creating the document that I wanted. I have already referred them to a colleague of mine who is starting to look for a new job.

This service was very helpful! Ethan and Duke were courteous and got my drafts for my review within a reasonable amount of time. They took my considerations into account, and did some very fine work.

Ethan and the whole team was very responsive and wonderful to work with!

Jay was very helpful anytime I had any questions! Would recommend.
