I have only kind words to describe my experience with Resume Profs. I am on the west coast and although we have a time difference with them, they were efficiently accessible and always on top of things, I want to thank all of their crew for their professionalism, particularly my point of contact, Kurt Goodwin, for always responding with kindness and precision. I highly recommend their services. Good work guys. Thank you kindly

I paid for an a resume and cover letter to be a rush order. this was NO rush! There were so many grammar and typo mistakes. When I would tell they what corrections to make, then others would pop up. Examples include a date with a letter behind it, a Batchelor in Science (instead of Batchelor of Science), a % of the times I won my managers approval ( they randomly put in75%), and the list goes on.They repeat the same words and phrases. They say 100% satisfaction... No they just want your money. '

Horrible, they don't even ask you a single question about your job history or anything about you, they just write garbage. Looks like all these reviews are bots, stay far far away. I had to put in a dispute with Chase to get my money back. They then sent Chase fake emails stating it was me that was happy with the service, very blatant and bold scammers.
