DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid in full for a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. They never updated my LinkedIn. Then 7 months later they fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $999.00. I am not the only one (see recent google reviews)

Hello Kristen, We’re sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. But we always strive to provide the best services to each customer. In our defense, we have never charged you or any customer with any hidden charges other than the project cost. You should ask your bank to reverse the transaction or mark it as fraud. I contacted Resume Profs to potentially engage their services for 1 month for some employees we were permanently laying off. We wanted the service to be available to them if those choose to use it. Alex Wilson and Gary Brent informed me that I needed to prepay for the resumes/project, and I would then receive a refund of the money for the unused or unstarted projects at the end of the 1 month. We paid $1080.00 to Resume Profs for 6 potential resumes, with the understanding that we would receive a refund of any unused money. We wanted the service to be available to these displaced employees from January 1, 2022 until January 31, 2022. Again, it was agreed that after January 31, 2022 we would receive a refund of any unused money. After January 31, 2022 it was determined that none of our displaced employees engaged Resume Profs no projects were started, so I reached out to Alex Wilson for a full refund of $1080.00. Now, Resume Profs is refusing to provide a refund of any kind. Project ID: RP-18682 No information provided to Resume Profs for this project other than a payment, no work has been completed.

Resume Profs comes highly recommended. My resume clearly needed to be updated. I'm not a good writer, so I knew I needed help. I wanted my resume and cover letter to stand out. I contacted the first company, but they never returned my phone call or responded to my email. I spoke with Allan at Resume Profs, the next company I contacted. His genuine friendliness and professionalism immediately impressed me. I informed him of my requirements. My federal resume was reformed by Allan. He is very knowledgeable about what should and should not be included on my resume. He created a well-written resume and cover letter that highlighted my qualifications and experience. I'm pleased with the end result. If you require professional guidance, you should contact this company, Allow the professionals to assist you. The prices are reasonable, and the team will work with you to understand your needs in order to develop a product that you will be pleased with.

Resume Profs provided an extraordinarily high-quality service. I was hesitant at first based on prior experiences with other resume writing companies. However, that wasn't the case here. From the beginning, I felt at ease with Resume Profs. as Jason answered all my questions promptly.
