I had several attempts in getting my resume done by the third party but these guys have far outdone every other company. The prices are extremely reasonable, you can talk to your writer on the phone, and the final CV was really nicely done. Would strongly recommend them.

I was afraid that any CV/resume writing service would not be of much help and I may be wasting money. They changed their policy to start a 60 day guaranteed service however, when I signed up they were not offering this service and did not provide me a re-write. The first writer I had was very incompetent and didn't seem to have an expertise in IT writing. I asked for a more competent writer with experience and she really understand my industry very much. I did not get a single interview with their service. I paid over $200 USD, that was for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Hello, MD! Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear your experience with us was not as expected. We always try to make sure every customer is happy with the received product. It is true that when your order was initially completed, we didn't offer the 60-day interview guarantee to all customers like we do now. The guarantee, though, cannot be applied retroactively for the sake of not overloading our writers. However, we would have still rewritten your order for free had you reached out to us at least within the first 6 months after the order completion, and not after almost 8 months. We need to be fair to our writers and impose reasonable limits to when the customer can come back and request a re-write, in this case it's 6 months. As much as we would love to make exceptions on a case-to-case basis, we still have a business to run, and need to follow our own rules.
