Sadie handled my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn update, and she did a great job. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I was charged a modest foreign transaction fee. This isn’t a reflection of Sadie’s work—either I missed it during the original order process or it wasn’t clearly stated. I don’t mind the charge given how small it was, but a more noticeable warning would have been helpful.

Overall, a good experience. Karen, my assigned resume writer, was very responsive and was able to create a great overall resume, capturing everything it needed to grab the right hiring managers. I did notice a spelling error in the heading of one job role after I submitted it to a few organizations. I should have given it a once over before closing my order. Overall though, a good job!

As one can expect, the quality of service will depend on particular writer that is assigned. I was not entirely happy with the first one, the process seemed impersonal and result was mediocre. I got very little market response. The second writer had very personal approach and made a cv that landed me a number of interviews and finally a job.
