This service is genuinely AI slop
This service is genuinely AI slop. You'll have the same experience if you were to plug a job title in ChatGPT and have it edit your resume for key words. Such a waste of money. I do not recommend it at all. It is a massive scam. They also are paying for top comments. I should have listened to the people calling this an AI scam.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Lily. We're sorry to hear this is how you feel about your experience, as it doesn’t reflect the outcome we aim to deliver or the feedback we’ve seen during your collaboration with the writer.
We also want to clarify that our writers do not use AI, and all resumes and documents are created and tailored manually by human writers.
Given the contrast between your review and your direct communication during the process, we’d really like the opportunity to review this properly with you and understand what went wrong.
We will be reaching out to you directly so we can look into this further and work through it with you.

Unacceptable Basic Errors and Missed Deadlines on Premium Package – Trust Completely Broken
Paid USD 397 for the premium resume package, which explicitly promises the first draft ready for review within 4 days.
Initial conversation with assigned writer: 14 March 2026.
No draft by 22 March 2026 (8+ days later), despite the clear timeline.
First contact from the writer: Addressed me as "Kelly" instead of my actual name [Your Full Name] — a fundamental mistake that shows zero attention to detail right from the introduction. For a service selling professional resumes and career documents, this is embarrassing and undermines any claim to quality.
After complaining, support eventually responded with apologies and excuses (e.g., "took extra time to review for accuracy"), but no prior update on the delay existed, and they offered to continue with the same flawed process. I rejected this and demanded reassignment to a new writer—still waiting for proper resolution.
This is not professional service. Basic name accuracy and advertised timelines should be non-negotiable, especially at this price point. Multiple failures from day one have destroyed any confidence in the company.
If you're considering Resumeble, think twice—paying premium for careless execution and poor communication is not worth it.
I expect either a full refund or complete reassignment with strict adherence to promises, but the experience so far has been disappointing.

I even spent extra for a CV specialist and left with a very mediocre CV, no job prospects in months.

Disappointing and Extremely Generic - Probably Just AI Slop
I purchased the basic resume package hoping to get help refining my resume as an early-career engineer. Unfortunately, the experience ended up feeling very generic and not particularly useful.
I provided most of the information and context myself and had already spoken with recruiters about what should be included in my resume. What I was hoping for was help organizing it, refining it, and tailoring it to engineering roles. Instead, it felt like my existing material was simply rewritten in a much more wordy and less organized way.
The formatting from the first writer was poor enough and the cover letter sounded just like AI (was almost identical to one I had used ChatGPT for) that I requested a new writer. While the second writer did deliver the revision on time, the end result felt essentially the same. The resume still came across as very generic, AI-y and didn’t seem particularly aligned with engineering resumes or early-career candidates.
The cover letter was especially disappointing. The structure and wording looked extremely similar to AI-generated templates I had previously experimented with myself. It honestly gave the impression that the content was being generated from prompts rather than thoughtfully written for my background.
At that point it started to feel like I was doing most of the work myself. The only meaningful improvements came from things I had already added or discussed with recruiters independently.
After showing the resume to recruiters, I was actually advised to rewrite parts of it again, which defeats the purpose of paying for a professional resume service in the first place.
Overall, I truly don’t feel like I received anything of real value from this service. The process felt very templated and impersonal, and it left me questioning how much customization actually happens behind the scenes.
Another issue was the lack of any real conversation or consultation. I expected some back-and-forth about my experience, questions about my projects, or guidance on how certain things could be improved or better presented. That never really happened. There wasn’t much discussion about how to strengthen the resume or tailor it to engineering roles, which is something I assumed would be part of a professional resume service.
I’m planning to request a refund because I genuinely don’t feel the service provided meaningful improvements. I did notice that the company states on their website that they do not offer refunds, but given the experience, I still feel it’s worth trying to ask.
In hindsight, I feel like I relied too heavily on the positive reviews when deciding to purchase the service, and unfortunately my experience didn’t reflect what I expected based on those.

One of the worst experiences
One of the worst experiences of my life: I bought the highest package, and they didn't even reply. I've contacted support, and they haven't replied either. The writer sent you a welcoming message, then vanished. Once you pay the money, they ghost you
They are not committed to what is mentioned on their website
Don't bother yourself and find a better resume writer to help you

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Samer. While we’re sorry that the experience felt frustrating, we’d like to clarify a few points.
After your purchase, you were assigned a dedicated writer who did reach out with an introductory message. You also shared multiple files, which the writer reviewed carefully before responding, as this review is an essential part of our process.
The writer was fully on track to respond within the same U.S. business day and to deliver the first drafts within the 4 business days advertised on our website. A refund was requested before the writer had the opportunity to proceed. We did not find evidence of ghosting or unanswered support inquiries; however, a full refund was still issued as a goodwill resolution.
We stand by our process and timelines, which are clearly outlined on our website, and remain committed to providing a fair and transparent service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

The service is very Generic. Don't bother and try to do it yourself or look for help in AI.
Spend money on highest package and did not hit any interview for one year after 30 years of work experience in IT field.

Wordy, disorganized mess!
Don't waste your time or money! I fell for their sales pitch and the positive reviews. Sent my resume in and the "writer" sent a version back - that was 2.5 pages long and included skills and experience I didn't have and that were not included anywhere on the original resume. I made some revisions and asked him to shorten it. He replied that the longer length was necessary. I've since had two people review the Resumeble wordsalad and they both said the same thing - too long, too chaotic, very disorganized. After sending out close to 100 applications, I haven't had one single response to the hot mess resume and cover letter from Resumeble.
