Underwhelming Results for a Premium Price
After reading many positive reviews about Resumeble, I decided to give the service a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and did not justify the cost.
After submitting my payment, I carefully completed the questionnaire to help the writer understand my background, career goals, and the specific challenges I was facing with my resume. However, it appeared that much of the information I provided was overlooked. The first draft was largely a reorganization of my existing resume, with minimal revisions or strategic improvements. As a result, the final product was very similar to the resume I had originally written myself and added little value.
For the second revision, I provided more detailed feedback and additional context, hoping to strengthen the content. Unfortunately, the revisions mainly involved rearranging information rather than enhancing the resume's impact or improving its overall presentation.
Another frustration was the turnaround time. The writer took nearly four days to deliver both the initial draft and the subsequent revision, making the process feel slow and inefficient. Eventually, I decided to stop pursuing further revisions.
Additionally, my package included a LinkedIn profile update, but I received no information about this service until I followed up myself. Even then, the LinkedIn profile review took more than five days to complete.
Overall, I found the service to be low-quality and not worth the investment. Given the price, I expected more personalized feedback, stronger resume development, and better communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring other resume-writing services before choosing Resumeble.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of quality and support we aim to deliver.
We’ve noted your concerns around the level of personalization in the resume, the turnaround times, and the communication around your LinkedIn service. As we’re unable to immediately identify your order from this review, we’d like to review this properly and ensure it is assessed internally by our quality assurance team together with the writer involved.
We’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] or [email protected] so we can look into this in detail and work toward a resolution.

AI slop and human sloppy
I got assigned to "writer" Brian, who gave me 100% AI slop, which I confirmed using two independent AI detector websites. I can't emphasize enough how unacceptable this is when I pay for an EXPERT HUMAN WRITER to provide a valuable service. When I confronted him on it, he tried to BS his way through. I filed a complaint and got assigned a different writer. So far, this is already grounds for a bad review to have someone like that working for them in the first place. Sadie produced a summary statement that was misleading as to my background, and the rest of the resume had a couple nonnative-English-sound errors in basic grammar. I also suspect that AI was used by her as well. I don't consider my money to have been well spent.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Micah.
We sincerely regret the frustration this experience has caused and appreciate you taking the time to outline your concerns so clearly. You placed your trust in us for a professional service delivered to a high standard, and we acknowledge that the result fell short of what you were entitled to expect.
Your feedback has been carefully reviewed and escalated internally. It has prompted direct involvement from our QA team, as we take both quality concerns and our non-AI commitment very seriously. This input is being used to closely examine the work delivered and the process around it, and we recognize the disappointment this situation has caused you.
We have also reached out to you privately to address this directly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – your feedback is heard and is being treated with the seriousness it deserves.

My experience with Resumeble was not…
My experience with Resumeble was not great. My writer was responsive and nice but that is the most I got. Lets start from the top. The resume format was not great and not ATS friendly. I had to go through several iterations. I have 20 years of experience and on an executive track. The writer added internship experience that was from my college days. The resume was stretch to 3 pages. Who is walking around with 3 page resumes? I have hired 100 plus people and never read 3 pages. If you cant convey it in 1 to 2, you have a problem with brevity. The resume had skill redundancies killing space, cities were incorrect, and the resume was not substantially better than my prior. I was disappointed. After so many iterations, I gave up. I got it to the best they could and ended the engagement.
This is a problem of the business scaling it seems and losing their quality. It turned into a resume mill as opposed to a true tailoring. I bought the whole exec package and it was a disappointment. The LinkedIn did not flow with the resume with the cover letter. The crafted general manager resume totally missed the mark. I would not recommend them.

Average writers
Some of the writers are okay. But if i am paying 300+ dollars for a service i expect some orignal work and not chatGPT copy paste. Had to switch multiple writers.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. I sent my existing resume as a reference and the writer just rewrote 10% of the same resume and resubmitted. I wasn’t asked if I need to add anything or if there were any changes. When I received the first review I had to tell the writer to add additional information/take out what was already in it etc. and this went on for 4 to 5 times and I finally asked them to close whatever the writer submitted after few review since it was taking too much of my time. I was not very happy with the output of the LinkedIn review also.
After all this I was asked for a feedback and I rated it as below average and I still haven’t heard from them on why I rated them that.
