Now, about the issues you have mentioned: 1) Most of our writers are either using Zoom or prefer to not disclose their private numbers for privacy reasons when setting up phone consult with the customers. That was the reason why Deedee covered her phone number. 2) We will be adding Deedee's bio on the website in the nearest future. Hello, MD! Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear your experience with us was not as expected. We always try to make sure every customer is happy with the received product. It is true that when your order was initially completed, we didn't offer the 60-day interview guarantee to all customers like we do now. The guarantee, though, cannot be applied retroactively for the sake of not overloading our writers. However, we would have still rewritten your order for free had you reached out to us at least within the first 6 months after the order completion, and not after almost 8 months. We need to be fair to our writers and impose reasonable limits to when the customer can come back and request a re-write, in this case it's 6 months. As much as we would love to make exceptions on a case-to-case basis, we still have a business to run, and need to follow our own rules.
