This was an epic waste of money. The process was fast and I thought the formatting looked ok and professional. My own mistake was to immediately begin sending this out without cross-checking. However, after 138 rejections on Linkedin I figured something was up. What I found was a resume that was redundant, with small but noticeable inconsistencies. Apparently the formatting is not great for ATS systems she made everything overly wordy and gave no feedback on things that could be a deterrent. Overall for the price I expected a MUCH better ROI. I have now had to completely start over from scratch.

Susan was an amazing resume writer. I gave her the basics and she worked magic for me. I have had many people look over my resume at my current job and wonder where I got it done. They have been very impressed. It was a very quick turn around time. I gave some more feedback and Susan took that on a Friday and had it back to me early the next week.
