Mixed Feelings On It
I have mixed feelings on my experience. Deedee was my writer. She did a good job on my Resume elevating it to a standard much needed. I was assured by customer service she is one of the top writers on Resumeble but didnt see her listed anywhere on Resumeble and she called me from a "private number" when doing the consultation which seemed really weird. I didnt get much guidance with LinkedIn, to just copy and paste whatever was given to me. So that left me feeling rushed off.... I have been getting interviews though but suggest or wish Resumeble had a feature to work with writers on the dreaded interview question: "Tell Me About Yourself" because Im floundering with it. Update: 4/1/24 - Customer service contacted me was very prompt in addressing my concerns and gave me partial credit towards what I paid for the service. I didn't expect any response honestly and this reflects in their positive professionalism to improve. Thank you.

Hi Ivan, Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate it! I am very happy to hear you have been getting interviews, hopefully your dream job is just around the corner. Now, about the issues you have mentioned: 1) Most of our writers are either using Zoom or prefer to not disclose their private numbers for privacy reasons when setting up phone consult with the customers. That was the reason why Deedee covered her phone number. 2) We will be adding Deedee's bio on the website in the nearest future. It's been in the works for some time, we are just waiting for a professional photo from her :) 3) Our customer support rep Ana will reach out to you ASAP regarding the LinkedIn profile feedback.
