ResumebleReviews of resumeble.com

Resumeble was responsive and very helpful. Their work was detailed and their team did a great job of following up for feedback when needed.

At first, my experience was not pleasant. I was not happy at all with the products I received or the communication I was getting. I think it was a bad match up, maybe. I decided to reach out to customer service to see if anything could be done, and they did not hesitate to fix the issue for me. Within a day, I was assigned a new writer, Adeline. She was wonderful and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I'm giving the company a 4, because I think all of their writers should be up-to-par. However, I did admire their dedication to providing me with good service, and Adeline was great. I can say that the company definitely has integrity.

Karen was a great. Really fast responses.

I contacted resumeble.com during their stated business hours via their chat function on the main website for further information about the premium package, the most expensive product they offer. After 2 business days and a follow up I received no response to my inquiries regarding my potential purchase. In various locations on their site and within the chat it states "typically responds in a few minutes". After purchase and pursuing an alternate avenue of communication I was able to get settled with a writer named Susan. She did an excellent job for the services requested. Very accommodating and communicative in regards to my needs.

Karen was a great writer to work with. I provided my rough draft resume, and she completed a new, polished, well-constructed resume in just two days. I was amazed at how well it captured my specific skills and experience. She also helped transform my LinkedIn profile into something that looks current and professional. I'm so glad I used Resumeble!

It was an easy process and fast. The person who re-wrote my resume did a good job at understanding my feedback and professional background.

Adeline was super responsive from the beginning. Adeline not only reached out to me the next day that I paid for the package, she proactively asked for additional information from me to ensure the quality of the resume. She drafted my resume within a couple of days with the makeover that impressed me. Along the whole process, she was quick to respond all questions that I had and provided very helpful tips and suggestions. Highly recommend Adeline!

I worked with Mike and he was amazing. Very professional and did not rush me. Provided thoughtful feedback to the various items I asked about.
