I got assigned to "writer" Brian, who gave me 100% AI slop, which I confirmed using two independent AI detector websites. I can't emphasize enough how unacceptable this is when I pay for an EXPERT HUMAN WRITER to provide a valuable service. When I confronted him on it, he tried to BS his way through. I filed a complaint and got assigned a different writer. So far, this is already grounds for a bad review to have someone like that working for them in the first place. Sadie produced a summary statement that was misleading as to my background, and the rest of the resume had a couple nonnative-English-sound errors in basic grammar. I also suspect that AI was used by her as well. I don't consider my money to have been well spent.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Micah. We sincerely regret the frustration this experience has caused and appreciate you taking the time to outline your concerns so clearly. You placed your trust in us for a professional service delivered to a high standard, and we acknowledge that the result fell short of what you were entitled to expect. Your feedback has been carefully reviewed and escalated internally. It has prompted direct involvement from our QA team, as we take both quality concerns and our non-AI commitment very seriously. This input is being used to closely examine the work delivered and the process around it, and we recognize the disappointment this situation has caused you. We have also reached out to you privately to address this directly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – your feedback is heard and is being treated with the seriousness it deserves.

Resumeble went above and beyond what I expected for the resumes and products they provided me. I got everything within 4 business days and had absolutely zero issues with the products provided. Susan was able to capture my 14+ year Military career and turn it into something the civilian industry is able to understand. Without a doubt would recommend Resumeble to anyone that needs a professional resume written. Thanks to Susan for the hard work on the amazing products that were provided to me!
