It is a SCAM! After purchasing a 25$ gift card it didn't work and customer service wouldn't help in any way. Stay away if you don't want to lose money

The senior frog 2 for 1 voucher is no longer accepted and it was frustrating to get to the location only to be told this. It is also really difficult to log in and look at your vouchers. I have to change my password every time. Overall wish I would've saved my money. Even the dining discount pass has been denied by most locations.

This company doesn't know what customer service is. The lie, cheat & steal. I have called many places that are on their website and they don't even know who they are or don't use them. But you tell them that and they say that all of them are legitimate. DON'T TRUST THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO DO A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM. Anyone interested?

I would prefer to give restaurant.com zero stars. This is a terrible company. I have spent a couple of months trying to redeem a $25 gift card given to me by my son and daughter in law. They continue to email me asking if it was purchased by a 3rd party or perhaps was already redeemed. What the heck. NO! It has been in a drawer at home, And no, I do not want to ask the gift givers to go through their email from a few years ago to track down their email. For goodness sakes, just send another gift card. I sent the gift card photo to restaurant.com. Zero stars. Worst customer service. And the bad publicity will cost them way more than $25.

They have no record of my account. I tried logging in, I couldn't. I contacted their customer service a half dozen times on this issue, and they responded last to me about 2 months ago, each time asking me for more info. I have money and credits that are now lost. They are cheats, a SCAM company, stole my money.

I have been trying to get into my account for over a month. I've been going back and forth with their customer service usually waiting a week+ just for them to respond. This should be an easy fix, but they are making it very difficult. I have hundreds of coupons in my account and will lose out on hundreds of dollars if they don't fix the problem. I will have to contact the BBB if they don't solve my problem soon.

Total scam, I lost my money and time going to the restaurants listed, they didnt even know about restaurant.com or were closed out or the adress was of a normal family house. Support contact don't answer the 5 mails I have sent.
