We had a problem with our laser engraver not working after only 6 months. I reached out for a replacement. They asked a few questions and a new one has been sent. Really fast and great customer service!

I called customer service, left a message expecting not to hear back for days. First thing the next morning I got a call back! 9 hours! Who does that? Amazed! Had a conversation with customer service and a replacement was on the way. No accusations, no finger pointing. Just help! You don't see quality service and integrity like that anymore! We had purchased the engraving kit for my son's birthday. My son absolutely loved the engraver, but it stopped working after a day or two. I reached out to the company, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded promptly, we got everything resolved, and they sent my son a new engraving tool. Would happily buy from this company again!

I was super upset about my Customizer Tools dying after a couple uses, but Customer Support was responsive and understanding about the situation! They sent replacements within a week of my email to them and explained to me about the best way to charge the tools to prevent the problem from happening again. I didn’t like their AI opening asking for receipts and videos, but I recognize the need for that information. Once a human was involved the experience was great! One of the best customer support experiences I have had.
