As our team member Franca explained in her latest reply, shipping fees are non-refundable as outlined in our shipping policy — which is why the refunded amount differs from your original payment. The remaining balance was refunded in full. We rely on third-party shipping services, therefore why shipping fees are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏🏻
