Resparked is a company like no other. I was having trouble with my debit card and the patience they showed meant so much. We've all had that moment when you are trying to order something and everything goes wrong. They reached out to me immediately and assured me that they would help in any way they could. Although I haven't received my order yet (it's not due until next week), my experience with customer service was absolutely excellent. Speedy replies and query sorted, unlike lots of other companies found online. Would highly recommend and I look forward to receiving my product.

When I was a little upset about the delivery date getting delayed, they responded to my email immediately and offered me a discount so that I could possibly afford the bundle bits. They really seem to understand and care.

Resparked is advertising a 45% off on their add, but everytime is go to the web site it is only 30% off. Is that not a bait and switch kind of add. Isn't that illegal

So far customer service & product has been great! I contacted customer service by email a day after my order & the 1 hour limit specified to try & change my shipping address & they responded very quickly & updated it. I received part of my order which was a mug & it was packaged so well & looked great!

There was an error in my order and I couldn't get it changed on my entry - and it went thru Paypal. Paypal is basically useless with their help. Resparked came thru the next day with an immediate credit and fix to my order. Very prompt and responsive support.

I needed to cancel an order which was placed in error & I was running close to the time in order to cancel. I left a message & it was taken care of immediately. Very pleased with their promptness & consideration. I wish all companies could be like this!

I didn't expect the company to get in touch after I received this gift for my husband but they did and were so supportive I felt like I was a valued and special customer. Nothing was too much trouble and felt relaxed in keeping up the conversation. What did he like about the product. Light, create a small amount of shavings , instructions are easy to understand. The bits are nice and light and easy to use resulting in a professional finish. Good back up advice and training.
