Don't order this engraver if it is needed before Christmas day. This review is for my ordering and receiving the product only. I texted this company 5 days after my order was placed to find out where my order was in the shipment process. They lied to me saying my order had been shipped and is being handled by the USPS. This was untrue because when I looked it up through USPS they did not have my package. It took 15 days to receive the engraver I ordered.

I ordered a 30-bit engraving kit from Resparked during a Cyber Sale (total $61.95 including shipping). The product page clearly showed a 30-bit kit, which is why I purchased it. What I received instead was a different 15-bit kit. I contacted customer service immediately on December 6. Over the next six days, there were 27 emails trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward fulfillment error. Resparked has acknowledged that I ordered the 30-bit kit and that the wrong item was shipped. However, instead of simply sending the correct product, I was repeatedly asked to repurchase the item, pay shipping again, initiate a return myself, and potentially lose money to restocking fees — meaning I would pay more due to their mistake and lose the sale price I originally paid. Despite providing screenshots and photos, the issue remains unresolved. I’m only asking to receive the product I paid for at the price I paid, without additional charges. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

In reaching out to Resparked, I was stressed that it would be difficult as so often it is when working with companies you haven’t heard of before. Rather than making it difficult, they helped give direction on all the things I could try and if those didn’t work to let them know, and we’ll continue to work together to resolve it. One of the suggestions they gave worked! I also appreciated how they followed up in a timely manner to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciated how they handled the issue!

I was flabbergasted at quickly the customer service team got back to me. The response was assuring and even whimsical. Appears to be a great place to earn a paycheck.

I did not receive my order and the USPS was no help at all. I contacted customer service and my replacement order is on the way! Resparked Customer Service is phenomenal. Great job guys!

I recently purchased a gift for my husband from Resparked. I emailed a question regarding the delivery timing of my purchase and received an immediate response. It is rare to find a company that invests in their customer service team! Their understanding and knowledge about their products was clear. Respark is a company I would refer EVERYONE to for gift ideas.

I have experienced excellent customer service which was very prompt, courteous and helpful! They provide you with updates regarding your order - very impressive!
