The ease of ordering. The time of shipment. This is a present for my Granddaughter for Christmas. She received it yesterday and was so excited. She is a graduate of an Art college and is looking very forward to try to use it. I will let you know when I she gets back to me.

A member of staff recognised the importance of this order to me and kept me informed of progress. I really appreciated the support she gave me in the form of regular updates and lovely little messages. She made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble. (I have been very ill this year and I bought the parcel for a friend who has really helped me).

I fell in love with the engraver and used it for maybe 5-6 hours a day everyday on stone for a month, unfortunately burning the engine out. After mentioning this to resparked on instagram messages, an absolutely delightful staff member (Blossom) offered to replace it with an additional stencil present. She then guided me through the entire process. Absolutely top level service and an obsessively good product!

This group corrected a problem with my shipment both professionally and expeditiously. After finding my shipment was wrong I immediately contacted the company. They in turn immediately took action to correct the situation. After my providing the information they requested, they corrected the situation and went above and beyond my expectations. The professional and caring attitude was refreshing this day in time and especially with the busy gift giving season.
